A Lab is born…
To be fully functional, one’s brain has to be able to breathe, play with new ideas and concepts and needs opportunities to experiment, free from efficiency and productivity constraints.
The Lab section on our site will serve that purpose for the Bluesponge team and collaborators to post whatever they feel like: discoveries, work in progress, techno tests & try-outs and whatever such posts will trigger in terms of comments from the public.
Weird videos, inspiring designs in some remote shop window, unexpected buildings in Montreal or Doha, improbable street art works, grotesque or funny graffitis… anything goes.
We are also working on our twitter viewer which will filter the tweetosphere and provide us all with an ongoing picture of global digital culture. Days like today, we would for instance be able to follow the intense worldwide conversation going on about the relations between social media and the ‘revolution’ currently shaking the Arab World.
In short, everything that makes life enjoyable for anyone interested in digital culture will find its place in that new ‘Lab’ section of ours. You can see the prototype here
